- Knowledge of customer support tools (for example, Freshdesk, Zendesk, LiveChat);
- Ability to multitask and effectively solve customer problems;
- Team management skills and experience in training and education;
- Understanding of KYC and AML procedures will be an advantage;< br/>- Experience working with VIP clients and the ability to establish long-term relationships with them. - English language - from Upper-Intermediate (B2)


What will your working day consist of:

customer service;
- Ensuring a high level of customer service through all communication channels (chat, e-mail, telephone); and conflict situations;
- Analysis of customer feedback, development and implementation of measures to improve the quality of service;
- Cooperation with other departments to provide comprehensive solutions to customer problems;
- Personal interaction with VIP customers for ensuring their full satisfaction and solving their requests;
- Participating in the adaptation and training of employees;
- Forming and reporting on the work of the department.
