We want to reach an even higher level, therefore we are looking for a Head of Customer Success - a person who skillfully combines relationships with business and the satisfaction of several thousand customers with a professional approach. Join our team and help us: Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty; Build strong relationships with them; Implement and monitor a Customer Success strategy that will drive our business. You will be responsible for: Developing and implementing a strategy for maintaining and developing the customer base; Customer Success team management; Setting goals and planning activities for the team; Building a bridge between sales, customer service and marketing; Monitoring and optimizing the customer journey; Determining and monitoring key success metrics/KPIs; Reporting to CRO. Requirements: 5 years of experience in managing a sales-oriented Customer Success team; Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written (C1); Experience in building team leadership structures; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills supporting cooperation with other teams in the company; Ability to think analytically and solve problems; Knowledge of Customer Success methodology; Experience in working with analytical and CRM tools; Account-based approach. By working with us, you can count on: Basic salary: B2B: PLN 15,000 - PLN 18,000 net + VAT. Additionally: Annual bonus depending on your performance.
