1. Development and implementation of culinary production development strategies in accordance with market needs and company strategy.

2. Organization and control of the production of culinary products with the aim of ensuring high quality and compliance with food safety standards.

3. Planning and control of financial activities of culinary industries, including budgeting, cost control and analysis of financial indicators.

4. Personnel management, training, motivation and evaluation of employees.

5. Development and introduction of new products and concepts, taking into account current trends and consumer needs.

Requirements:

1. Experience in a similar position for at least 5 years.

2. Higher education in the field of hotel and restaurant business, culinary arts or economics.

3. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

4. Knowledge of modern trends in the field of cooking and food production.

5. Ability to work in conditions of high work pace and ensure high quality of products.

6. Willingness to travel.
