Head of CRM in GEYMDEV, TOV

Responsibilities:Leading CRM department— more product, less operation stuff.Roadmap ofthe department creation and management, give strategic input tothe CRM management;Daily collaboration with content/product/analytics team.Analyze user behavior and hypothesize away tosignificantly improve customer engagement metrics;Describe, formalize and manage tolead the full cycle ofhypothesis validation about players life cycle and enduring player’s motivationSet up, test and analyse Email, SMS and other promotion campaigns;Contribution tocampaign offers and follow-up after campaign execution;Sharing ideas within retention team for potential improvements and campaigns;Requirements:2+ years ofexperience inProduct/the field ofCRM;Hands-on experience with product hypothesis validation for all funnels (Reg2FD, FTD, STD, triggers toincrease gaming activity);Successful experience with cross-sale and up-sale mechanics, data-driven approach towork;Experience with user segmentation and personalization ofoffers;Deep understanding ofgamification tools and mechanics;Knowledge ofvarious CRM systems and platforms for campaign management.Strong understanding ofdata analytics (GA, Hotjar, PowerBI orequivalent).
