Design Bureau "MECHATRONICS" develops and manufactures innovative mobile air defense systems invites "Head of training and crew support" to work

Your tasks:

• manage and build a team of service support and mentors;
• organize and conduct training of new crews;
• formation, implementation and maintenance of work standards and technical documentation;
• build a training system for crews and new engineers;
• planning of team trips (goals, tasks, expected result);
• reporting, control of results, providing feedback;
• communication with production, R&D and combat crews;
• participation in business trips and shifts together with crews.

What is important to us:

• management experience team (service support, technical or engineering service);
• understanding of electronics, mechanics or IT products;
• readiness for business trips, work in a team and in conditions of increased workload;
• ability to structure information and build processes from scratch;
• availability of a category B driver’s license;
• experience of service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine or direct interaction with combatants subdivisions will be an advantage.
