Head of credit product development (car lending) in Sense Bank

We are looking for a person who will: deal with the development and approval of new credit process concepts; calculate the efficiency and profitability of products and processes; develop business requirements for new processes; interact with risks and IT for the implementation of new processes; deal with the automation of credit processes; conduct user testing when introducing new products and processes; develop training materials for new processes and products; engage in the development and approval of the bank's internal regulatory documents for new processes. You are suitable if you: complete higher education (master's degree/specialist); work experience in the banking sector as a Product/Project manager from 4 years in lending natural persons; knowledge of the English language (preferred).
