I am Victoria Katsadze, the founder of the brand VK Cosmetics. 18 years in the market of cosmetic raw materials and 13 years of managing the company UmanChemTrade gave me access to leading laboratories, productions and international assets.

Your challenge:

• Take the project underfull responsibility and turn it into a business direction that works like clockwork.
• Implement the brand's mission: teach women to accept their beauty at any age.
• Create products that really help women feel confident.
• Scale communication with the professional community and the end consumer.

Areas of responsibility:

• Full direction management: sales + marketing + product + production
• B2B development (salons, cosmetologists, professional community)
• Scaling B2C sales (Instagram, online channels)
• Managing the launch of new products and line expansion
• Working with outsourced production and quality control
• Participating in exhibitions, seminars, professional events
• Building a reporting system, control of CRM and financial indicators
• Team coordination (sales, SMM, brand manager, head of production)

It is important for us:

• Experience of working with cosmetic brands (professional cosmetics preferred)
• technologist / cosmetic chemist experiencepreferred or deep understanding of formulas and assets
• Cosmetology and professional sales market understanding
• Sales scaling and P&L management experience
• Systems, strategic thinking and willingness to takefull responsibility
