- Experience in managing personnel up to 100 people.

What should you do:
1. Management of work on operational regulation of production, ensuring rhythmic output of products in accordance with planned tasks.
2. Drawing up production plans for sites and production schedules at the enterprise, their adjustment.
3. Timely preparation and issuance of variable tasks, controls the execution of variable tasks.
4. Forming a report on the output per shift, the actual consumption of raw materials.
5. Control of the transfer of finished products to the warehouse, finished products on invoices.
6. Control of the write-off of raw materials and materials (norm/fact), control of NSP balances.
7. CONTROLand verification of compliance of written technical tasks with drawings, quantities, raw materials.
8. Control over compliance with production standards for productivity.
9. Solving operational issues that arise during the operation of production sites:
- Failures in the operation of equipment,
- Allocation of personnel,
- Solving technological issues,
- Solving issues of product quality,
- Solving issues of interaction of production units.
10. Control of stocks of paint, component of the adhesive mixture, glue for gluing boxes.
11. Implementation of measures to prevent shortages and increase product quality.
