The project is expanding, and we are looking for new talents. We need a Head of Controlling who will be responsible for ensuring quality preparation of management reporting and automating reporting processes.
Your tasks:

automate the processes of preparation of financial and management reporting;ensure the preparation of the reporting package in the established terms (CF, PL, BS, margin report and accompanying regular reports and transcripts), shorten the time frame for the preparation of regular reports;implement internal processes, regulations and policies to ensure their compliance with the highest standards;build analytical functions with the aim of reducing costs, implement BI elements;make adjusting and improving the department's internal policies; develop strategic plans for the development of the management reporting package preparation function and automation of the management reporting process; effectively manage and develop the department's team, build trust in work results in users.
We expect from you:
- experience in a similar management position of 2 years;
- availability of ACCA/SPA/CFA certification or similar;
- successful experience in implementing accounting system automation, experience in working with modern BI systems;
- deep knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting systems;

- mastery of Excel at the highest level;
- English level B2 or higher will be an advantage;
- organizational skills, proactive thinking, discipline and responsibility.
