We, < b> Boosta, is an international IT company with a portfolio of many successful products, performance marketing projects and its own investment fund.

We are currently looking for a Head of Content to join a team of cool professionals at the Honeytech project, one of the fastest growing platforms with webcomics for a male audience.

This is one of the key positions in the team directly reporting to the CEO, where you will be able to manage the content strategy and content department of one of the market leaders, build the first comics studio in Ukraine and one of the first in the entire region between France and Korea.

We are currently looking for a professional who has:

• Outstanding achievements in content creation and management;
• Proven achievements in managing people of various specialties in content creation (teams engaged in creating videos, games, statics, etc.);
• Knowledge of content and product metrics;
• Ability to work with contractors and business partners;
• Willingness to work with adult content.

Tasks for which we are looking for a new colleague:

• Management of the content department team;
• Creation of own production of comics (hiring producers, writers, illustrators)
• Close interaction with SEO to form content direction strategy;
• Management of the content plan (release date of new comics and episodes);
• Management of partnership relations with foreign studios and content providers;
• Management of license agreements and IP rights;
• Working with analytics, evaluating the effectiveness of content on the platform and in marketing.

Stages of the hiring process:

• 1st stage: communication with the recruiter;
• 2nd stage: interview with the manager, where you will learn even more about our project;
• 3rd stage: test task;
• 4th stage: final interview based on the results of your test;

Next, our recruiter collects references from the previous place of work and we move to the job offer stage!
