Head of content in A-Play

The company combines powerful e-commerce, offline expertise and a systematic approach to content as a sales and branding tool.

• Salary on average UAH 50,000-60,000, which consists of fixed part + KPI, income growth is tied to work results;

Without which we will not consider the candidate:

• 2 years experience in a leading content position or in management content team;
• Practical experience with SEO content and understanding how content affects traffic and sales;
• Experience managing a team of 10 people or complex content processes.

Areas of responsibility / tasks:

• Formation and implementation of content strategy for company websites;
• Team management: setting tasks, quality control, terms and results;
• Development of content on websites: product cards, characteristics, FAQs, articles;
• Cooperation with SEO specialists and integration of their TK into content processes;
• Participation in the formation of KPIs and marketing goals — agreement on realistic indicators and ways to achieve them.
