Head of Content in W8 Shipping

W8 Shipping is an American-Ukrainian company with its own logistics infrastructure, warehouses, offices and team in the USA.

The mission of W8 Shipping is to provide excellent service for buying and delivering cars from the USA. We want quality cars from the USA to be the norm for Ukrainians. Therefore, we work according to the clear and demanding American standard.

We are looking for an established and creative Head of Content/Content Lead.

Your tasks will be:

• Building a turnkey content team (SMM, copywriters, designers, video, editing, sound). 
• Formation of content processes and task management system (content planning, deadlines, reviews). 
• Development and implementation of content strategy for digital (Meta, TikTok, Telegram, Viber, YouTube, website) and offline channels of the company. 
• Development of content funnel. Content planning for 30–60 days - headings, formats, topics, tone of voice. 
• Managing the creative content creation process: from idea to publication. 
• Creation of guides, tone of voice document, content library. 
• Production of videos, Reels, Shorts, TikTok, YouTube stories. 
• Participation in the development and testing of creatives for advertising campaigns. 
• Control of deadlines, quality and content results (ER, CTR, reach, organic leads). 
• Development of storytelling projects and campaigns with an image or conversion effect. 
• Creation of content for offline events (exhibitions, presentations, videos, banners). 
• Ensuring the collection and reuse of content from offline to digital. 
• Building a content analytics system (reporting, dashboards). 
• Managing the content budget.

Our expectations:

• Experience in creating and scaling content in the digital environment from 5 years, where 2 years in the role of the head of the content team / Creative Lead / Head of Content / Creative Producer in medium or large companies (level 8+ active projects). 
• Experience in building a content ecosystem from scratch: from developing a tone of voice to launching regular columns, shows, blogs.
• Real cases in creating content for performance goals (advertising, leads, traffic, sales) are not just image projects. 
• Ability to synchronize content with the sales funnel: different types of content for the upper, middle and lower stages of the funnel. 
• Experience in full-cycle production management (briefing, script, filming, editing, publishing, reporting). 
• Understanding advertising psychology: how to build content that builds demand, trust and conversion. 
• Skills brand-nnarrative: creation of stories and formats that support the positioning of the company. 
• Knowledge of content performance metrics: ER, CTR, VTR, CR, LQI, with an understanding of how to increase them. 
• Experience in content automation (planning, AI assistants, templates, content libraries). 
• Understanding post-production processes, formation of creative packages for the performance team (testing options). 
• Experience in creating YouTube or TikTok projects, corporate video blogs, serial content formats. 
• Advantage: participation in brand scaling (when content became a growth driver).
• Will be a plus: English or Polish at the Intermediate level.
