JSC "UNEX BANK" announces a competition to fill the vacant position of Head of Consumer Lending Projects

 Main tasks:

• ensuring the development of the "Credit Broker" project according to the approved strategy;
• implementing and improving business processes, managing sales and project profitability;
• achieving the planned commercial and financial results of the project;
• attracting partners to cooperation in the field of consumer lending;
• building and developing relationships with partners, ensuring effective interaction in the process of selling consumer lending products;
• ensuring uninterrupted work trading points of partners;
• implementation of measures to increase the volume of sales and fulfillment of planned indicators;
• development and implementation of new technological mechanisms of sales of consumer lending products;
• development and approval of internal regulatory documents;
• development and approval of credit products, formation of business requirements for improvement of existing software or introduction of new software.

Requirements for the candidate:

• work experience in the banking sphere from 2 years;
• experience of working with national networks;
• complete higher education;
• knowledge of NBU Resolution No. 50, No. 65 of the Law of Ukraine on consumer lending;
• knowledge of the consumer lending market, products and technologies for the implementation of consumer loans;
• result orientation;
• negotiation skills (skill to influence the interviewer);
• ability to work with documents (accuracy, scrupulousness and structure);
• organizational abilities (supporting business processes).
