WE INVITE A PROJECT MANAGER FOR CONSUMER DEVELOPMENT TO OUR TEAM LENDING

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Full higher education (economics, finance and banking);
• 2 years of work experience in the field of consumer lending and sales; 
• skills to analyze the market of competitors and potential partners in the consumer lending market;
• experience in sales support, support of partners, launch of joint lending projects through online and offline channels;
• proficiency at a confident level of MS Office: Excel, Word, Access, Outlook;
• experience with reporting and presentations;
• focus and initiative;
• the ability to make decisions independently.

THIS WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE:

• experience working in the ABS B2 banking program

MAIN DUTIES:

• Searching for and attracting new partners in the direction of consumer lending;
• ensuring the formation of partnership agreements and reporting on partners;
• development of presentations, training materials, new products for the Bank's partners;
• monitoring of the competitive environment and the effectiveness of sales of the Bank's products through partner stores, in comparison with competitors;
• support and development of cooperation with the Bank's existing partners;
• implementation of key performance indicators of the POS-crediting direction.
