It is important for us:

• Higher education in finance or related fields; Work experience in finance or consulting;
• Fluent English; 
• Certifications: CPA, CFA, ACCA (Certified Public Accountant, Financial Analyst or Association of Certified Public Accountants);
• Ability to analyze financial indicators, understand efficiency and profitability, as well as key financial metrics ;
• Ability to develop financial strategies and solutions to improve the financial stability and performance of the client;
• Understand management accounting and be able to develop management accounting systems;
• Skills in building financial models , forecasting financial results and risk assessment;
• Understanding methods of evaluating investment projects, including net present income (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR) and others;
• Understanding tax legislation and skills develop tax optimization strategies for clients.

• Form and manage a team;
• Analyze financial indicators;
• Develop business direction;
• Build client relations;
• Consult and train;
• Optimize processes;
• Financial control.

 Software that will be used in work:

• Project management systems: Microsoft Project, Asana or Trello;
• Financial software support: QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP;
• Analytical and visualization tools: Microsoft Excel, Tableau or Power BI;
• Corporate platforms: Microsoft Teams or Zoom;
• Financial databases and CRM systems.
