We are currently expanding and looking for an experienced, responsible and detail oriented Construction Project Manager.

YOU ARE OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE IF YOU:

• Have experience of 3 years; span>

• Have knowledge of construction processes;

• Higher technical education;

• You know how to make calculations for the performance of works (cost estimate);

• Can negotiate;

• Do you have experience in a managerial position (foreman, foreman);

YOU WILL DO:

• Compilation of work schedules for the facility and their compliance;

• Introduction of new technologies;

• Selection of personnel and subcontractors;

• Work quality control;< /p>

• Acceptance of works;

• Delivery of completed works to the customer;

• Maintenance of technical documentation >

HOW MUCH WILL YOU EARN WITH OUR COMPANY:

Rate + KPE+ bonuses + depreciation and fuel.

Yes, already from the first month, a beginner gets a result of UAH 35,000;

We plan that the salary will be 45,000 - 50,000 UAH.
