Art Solution implements complex architectural solutions: facade glazing, winter gardens, frameless systems for premium-class objects (malls, A-class offices, private residence). We adhere to the Design-Build principle: a single system of responsibility from design to installation. We are not looking for intermediaries - we need managers with an engineering mindset.

Your role in the business

In this position, you are the Single Point of Responsibility. For the Customer, you are the face of the company and the guarantor of the expertise. For the team, he is a leader who provides resources and clarity of tasks. Your goal is to deliver the project on schedule and within budget (P&L).

?? Key tasks and expected results

1. Project financial management (Cash-flow focus)

• Full control of the project budget: The actual margin should be ? Planned.

• Audit of the incoming estimate before starting work. Detection of errors and unaccounted expenses at the start is your main tool for profit protection.

• Timely signing of acts (KB-2, KB-3) and control of the receipt of funds. The project is considered closed only after full payment.

2. Technical management and planning

• Interaction with the design department. Must be able to read construction drawings (AutoCAD/PDF) and understand joints.

• Check specifications before ordering materials (glass, metal). The price of an error in tempered glass is the full cost of the product + a month of downtime.

• Project management in the Worksection system. Actuality of statuses is a mandatory requirement.

3. Organization of work on the site

• Coordination of installation crews and provision of safety equipment.

• Organization of logistics and special equipment (cranes, manipulators, vacuum grippers).

• Professional communication with the Customer's technical supervision, reasoned defense of the scope of work performed.

Requirements for candidate

Professional competencies (Hard Skills):

• Experience from 3 years in the management of construction projects (facades, glazing, metal structures — a priority).

• Engineering literacy. Understanding of installation technological processes and material properties.

• Financial discipline. Confident command of Excel (work with estimates, summary tables).

Personal qualities:

• Systematic and attention to details.

• Ability to make decisions in conditions of uncertainty and bear responsibility for them.
