Main requirements for the candidate:

  • Higher economic education or education in the field of construction.
  • Work experience in the construction industry at least 3 years.
  • Experience in managing budgets of construction projects of various scales will be an advantage.
  • Understanding the specifics of financial accounting in the construction industry.
  • Experience in working with ERP systems (ERP) and management systems projects (any).
  • Proficient in MS Excel (advanced level).
  • Attention to detail and high responsibility, communication skills and ability to work in a team.     
400">Forecasting future financial flows (cash flow) of the Group's construction projects.
  • Participation in the development of project financing scenarios (own funds, loans, investments).
  • Control over the receipt and expenditure of funds on projects. 
  • Optimization of the use of financial resources to minimize costs.
  • Regular monitoring of actual project costs compared to the budget.
  • Analysis of deviations from the budget and identification of their causes.
  • Control of compliance with financial discipline on projects.
  • Cooperation with external contracting organizations, estimators, supply managers. 
  • Participation in project planning and implementation meetings.
  • Interaction with contractors and supplierspayment and financial conditions.
  • Identification and assessment of project financial risks (increase in prices for materials, payment delays, currency fluctuations, etc.).
