In connection with the expansion of the capital construction department and the implementation of new projects, we invite you to join the Construction Project Manager team.

Your main tasks

• Full support of construction projects: from the preparatory stage to the introduction of the object into operation.
• Planning and coordination of all stages of implementation of construction projects.
• Control of construction works in accordance with the approved terms, budget and quality standards.
• Organization of interaction with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and project organizations.
• Control of construction documentation and compliance with requirements of DBN, DSTU and urban planning legislation.
• Participation in budget formation of construction projects and cost control.
• Risk management and prompt resolution of problem situations during project implementation.
• Interaction with controlling bodies and support of permit documentation.
• Control of compliance with labor protection, safety and fire protection standards at construction sites.

Requirements for candidate

• Higher engineering and construction education.
• Experience of 3 years in the field of management or implementation of construction projects.
• Deep understanding of the processes of construction organization and implementation.
• Knowledge of DBN, DSTU and legislation in the field of urban planning.
• Understanding of estimating business and principles of pricing in construction.
• Experience with permitting documentation and putting objects into operation.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with project management programs (MS Project).
• Basic knowledge AutoCAD.
• Strong management and negotiation skills.
