Head of construction projects in Sport Layf

To manage scheduled repairs of SPORTLIFE facilities, we are looking for a Construction Project Manager (management company).

Functional:

• Transfer of the finished facility into operationof the operation department.
• Organization of product creation(those tasks, planning decisions, design project);
• Initiation and participation as a member of the working group in the development of the project concept;
• IInitiation and participation as a member of the working groupon the definition of technical solutions for the project (together with the operation department and the physical director);
• Participation (together with the legal department) in the preparation of the legal documentation;
• Oorganization of the signing of the contract(s) (general) contract;
• Formation and updating of the construction and installation work schedule; of the project;

  Formation and updating of the schedule for issuing projects, conducting tenders, concluding contracts and supplying materials.

• Protection of the project budget (justification of technical decisions and financial indicators of projects);

• Formation and transfer to fin. department ofmonthly applications for financing;

• Formation of weekly applications for financing in 1C;

• Control of construction termsaccording to the project implementation schedule;

• Control of compliance with technical and architectural/design solutions implemented objects;

• Control over the implementation of the project budget, in case of deviations of the budget in the direction of increase, looks for options to optimize the project;

• 
  

Requirements:

• Education - higher technical;
• Requirement for work experience in positions: project manager, DIP
  from 2 years;
• Ability to manage subordinates; 
• Basic norms DBN 2.2-9:2018;
• Technology of basic construction processes;
• Ownership of software products AutoCAD, Excel, 1C;
• Knowledge of systems ETR, VC, SPZ, SKS;
• Bmanagement of commercial real estate;
• Construction of residential real estate;
• Implementation of interior decoration and networks of commercial real estate;
• Budget for object implementation;
• Implementation schedule of the object;
• System of monitoring the progress of project implementation;
• Principles of forming the project budget, the ability to defend proposed solutions.
