Head of construction projects in Sport Layf

We are building new facilities. We are renovating the facilities. Large sports centers. We need an experienced person who knows how to manage the construction/renovation process.

SPORTLIFE facility area up to 10,000 sq.

We build, repair, start renovation and restore.

Each sports club for a certain period of time (up to 5 years is closed for repairs) and we enter a construction team with a new design project.

There are currently 59 large sports palaces. 

Main duties:

• Organization of product creation(tasks, planning solutions, design project);
• Initiation and participation as part of a working group in the development of the project concept;< /li>
• Initiation and participation in the working groupfor defining technical solutions for the project (together with the operation department and the physical director);
• Participation (together with the legal department) in the preparation of legal documentation;
• Organization of the signing of the contract/s (general) contract; /li>
• Formation and updating of the construction and installation work schedule;
• Initiation and participation (together with the budget specialist) in the development of the project budget;
• Protection of the project budget (justification of technical decisions and financial indicators of projects);
• Initiation and participation
• strong> (together with findep) in the development of the project financing schedule;

• Formation and updating of the schedule for issuing projects, conducting tenders, concluding contracts and supplying materials;

• Formation and transfer to fin. department ofmonthly applications for financing;

• Formation of weekly applications for financing in 1C;

• Control of construction termsaccording to the project implementation schedule;

• Control of compliance with technical strong> and architectural/design solutions of implemented objects;

• Control over the implementation of the project budget, in case of deviations from the budget in the direction of increase, looks for optimization options of the project;

• Transfer of the finished object into operationof the operation department.

Requirements for candidates:

• Education - higher technical construction, engineering;
• Requirement for work experience in positions: kproject manager, DIP
  from 5 years;
• Ability to manage subordinates (up to 10 people); 
• Bconstruction of commercial real estate;
• Construction of residential real estate;< /strong>
• Implementation of interior decoration and networks of commercial real estate;
• Budget for object implementation;
• Object implementation plan;
• Project implementation control system;
  
• Basic norms DBN 2.2-9:2018;
• Technology of the main construction processes;
• Ownership of software products AutoCAD, Excel, 1C;
• Knowledge of ETR systems, VC, SPZ, SKS;
• Principles of project budget formation, ability to defend proposed solutions.
