We build on a turnkey basis, so in our the company has a VTV department, special equipment, a production complex for the production of metal structures, specialized teams, contractors.

In connection with the increase in the number of implemented objects and a large number of orders, we are opening a vacancy for the MANAGER OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS .

Our ideal Candidate:

1. Initiative and productive person who knows how to work in a team and has leadership qualities. 
2. Brings the task to a logical result without additional external control, shows creativity, takes responsibility. 
3. Has excellent communication skills.
4. Has a civil engineering degree or other higher technical education (but with experience in construction).
5. Has at least 5 years of experience in the field of construction and thorough knowledge of technological processes.
6. Knows normative documentation in the field of construction (DBN, SNiP, DSTU).
7. Able to work in AutoCAD/ArchiCAD (preferably), MS Office ( high level).
8. Ready for periodic business trips and irregular working hours.

Your duties:

1. Planning, organization and management of the resources provided for in the project budget in order to successfully achieve the goals and complete the project tasks.
2. Managing the full cycle of the project, supporting the project at all stages of its implementation.
3. Control and monitoring of the budget and project schedules.
4. Monitoring of subcontractors and own forces.
5. Ensuring timely development, verification and coordination of project and estimate documentation
