Head of construction projects in ERIDON BUD, TOV

ERIDON BUILD LLC is a construction and manufacturing company with successful experience in the implementation of a full range of construction and installation works, including new construction, reconstruction and modernization of of agricultural, industrial and commercial facilities throughout Ukraine

In connection with the expansion of our activities and the opening of a new representative office in ="font-weight: 700">Ternopil region, village Dovzhanka, we are looking for a specialist for the position of "Head of construction projects"

Main tasks:

• decide technical, organizational, administrative issues related to the organization of construction of the facility;
• take part in conducting tenders for the purchase of equipment, materials, selection of subcontractors;
• monitor the work of subcontractors;< /li>
• take part in the development of work performance schedules;
• interact with project, contractor organizations and controlling state bodies;
• monitor the availability and correctness of executive documentation;< /li>
• to ensure operational management of the progress of construction at the facility, in accordance with planned tasks and contracts.

Basic requirements:

• higher education in the field (PCB);
• work experience: from 3 years in construction, experience in industrial construction will be an advantage;
• knowledge of the full cycle of the construction process;
• experience in successful construction management of facilities;
• confident PC user, knowledge of programs: (MS Office, MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, understanding of AVC).
