Duties: participation in meetings with customers and contractors; participation in drawing up the general schedule and budget for execution work at the facility; control of work execution; control over compliance with technical standards and other documentation; drawing up applications for materials; checking and agreeing the scope of work performed by subcontractors, contractors; holding meetings with subcontractors, contractors. Requirements: professional education ; project management experience in the field of commercial real estate from the 1st year; ability to read technical documentation; readiness for short-term business trips (1-2 days); confident PC user.
