Your main tasks:

1. Managing all construction activitiesconstruction management works.

2. Ensuring compliance with calendar and resourcetheir schedules.

3. Control over compliance with the budget, deadlines, technical requirements, and security for all active projects.

4. Coordinating with project and regulatory bodies. (headcount planning, personnel development, motivation).

5. Implementation of quality, safety, reporting management systems.

6. Responsibility for submitting objects within the prescribed time frame.

   Competencies that the candidate should have:
   Higher education in construction, architecture, or management.
   
   
7. Additional education is welcome.

8. Successful implementation of full-cycle projects — from the pre-project stage to commissioning.
   
   

9. Work experience in the structure of a general contracting company or a large developer.
   
   

Professional knowledge and skills

• In-depth knowledge of construction technologies, DBN/SNiP norms, ISO and FIDIC standards.
  
  

• Confident command of project and estimate documentation and methods of quality and budget control.
  
  

• Experience with Primavera P6 / MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360, Excel, ERP.
  
  

• Competencies in planning, risk management, budgeting and schedule control (critical path, plan-fact).
  
  

Managerial competencies

• Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to lead a team and interact with contractors, suppliers and maintenance.
