Requirements:

• experience in confectionery production and desire to develop;
• confident knowledge of technologies and modern trends in confectionery;
• leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a team;
• responsibility, attention to detail and focus on results;
• knowledge of sanitary standards and product quality control;
• ability to effectively organize processes and work with accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and control of the confectionery shop; 
• production planning, personnel management; 
• control of product quality and compliance with technologies; 
• Ensuring timely supply of raw materials; 
• keeping records and observing sanitary standards; 
• Responsibility for production efficiency and quality of finished products.

Working conditions:

• Place of work: Kharkiv highway, Horlivska St. 137
• Schedule: 5/2 from 08:00 to 17:00, Sat, Sun-weekend;
• Salary: UAH 45,000-55,000/month
