We are looking for a Head of a confectionery shop

Main duties:

• Organization and control of the work of a confectionery shop.
• Planning of production and ensuring the fulfillment of production tasks.
• Observance of confectionery production technologies and quality control production.
• Personnel management: setting tasks, monitoring their implementation, training and motivating employees.
• Maintenance of production documentation and reporting.
• Ensuring compliance with sanitary and hygienic norms and occupational safety rules.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in a managerial position in the food industry (preferably in confectionery production).
• Professional education (food product technologist, food industry, etc.).
• Knowledge of technological processes of confectionery production.
• Organizational skills, ability to work with a team.
• Responsibility, attentiveness.
