The direction also includes all communities in social networks Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, Twitter, Viber. Most of these communities are among the TOP 3 largest communities in the field of retail in Ukraine. The position is the first line under the marketing director. Under the supervision of 2 departments and a team of more than 20 people. Requirements Strong marketing background Excellent knowledge of SMM management tools Good knowledge of all marketing tools in the offline and online market Ability to work in a multi-project environment Ability to prioritize, maintain focus and a high pace of work Experience in managing cross-functional teams, ability to move a project without administrative influence Will be an advantage Experience in managing SMM teams Experience, at the beginning of a career, in managing social networks independently Experience in working with advertising in social networks Experience in building and implementing SM strategies in a large business or agency Experience in the preparation of communication messages from text and visual to seeding in all channels Management of requirements, change management Responsibilities Management of all communication clubs and publics of the brand EVA, EVA.UA and own trademarks Construction and implementation of direction strategies Regular monitoring of all trends and trends in the development of direction tools Planning of all project activities, work with planning and media planning Coordination of cross-functional teams, operational project management Budgeting Gathering of requirements, working with stakeholders Analysis of work carried out, systematization of experience, collection of analytics and data What we offer: Work in a company that is the leader on the Ukrainian market in its segment; Work in a cool marketing team; Experience in the implementation of cool projects and campaigns; Experience in managing all social networks in the in-house format.
