Established in 2012, Centrobill primarily serves the European and North American markets.The ideal candidate will foster strong relationships with Centrobill's diverse client base across various industries and geographies, working closely with them to identify and prioritize their needs. Reporting directly to the CSO, the Head of Client Relations will leverage their understanding of Centrobill's product offerings and the global payment landscape to drive business growth by ensuring client satisfaction and success.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with Centrobill's clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisorProactively identify and assess client needs, including gateway features, payment methods, and geographical expansion opportunitiesEnsure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate informationRegularly engage with clients through meetings, calls, emails, and other communication channels to foster a strong partnership and gather feedbackСollaborate closely with the Sales team and Merchant support team to align client needs with business objectives and drive revenue growthStay up to date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to clientsMonitor client accounts, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to the CSO and other stakeholdersCollaborate with the Sales team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients, including account setup, integration, and trainingEducate clients on Centrobill's products and services, assisting them in maximizing the value they receive from the platformDevelop and implement strategies to enhance client retention, including personalized account management and proactive supportBuild and lead a team of client relationship managers to support the growing client base and ensure exceptional service deliveryRepresent Centrobill at industry conferences and events worldwide, fostering relationships with key clients and staying abreast of global market trendsRequirements:Proven track record of at least 8-10 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or a related field within the payment industryIn-depth understanding of internet payment gateways, e-commerce, online payments, risk management, and high-risk businessesExceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders at all levelsDemonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term, successful client relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retentionStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs, assess market opportunities, and make data-driven recommendationsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Merchant support, to achieve common goalsSelf-motivated and proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative, drive projects, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environmentProven ability to meet or exceed targets, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the overall success of the companyWillingness and ability to travel internationally to attend conferences and industry events as neededWe offer:Work on a cool project that provides an opportunity for self-realization, learning and experimenting with the latest technologies;Paid vacation, sick days and personal days;Flexible working hours;Friendly team, adequate management, minimum bureaucracy and pleasant working atmospherePowered by JazzHRefAc9aEUx0 Show more Show less Посадовий рівень Старший середній рівень Тип зайнятості Повний робочий день Посадові обов’язки Розвиток бізнесу і Продажі Галузі Інтернет-публікації
