About project: Centrobill is an information technology company that empowers global merchants to accept payments through debit cards, credit cards, and alternative payment methods. We offer a seamless integration with a variety of Credit Card Acquirers, Payment Service Providers, and Alternative Payment Methods through a unified API. Established in 2012, Centrobill primarily serves the European and North American markets.
The ideal candidate will foster strong relationships with Centrobill's diverse client base across various industries and geographies, working closely with them to identify and prioritize their needs. Reporting directly to the CSO, the Head of Client Relations will leverage their understanding of Centrobill's product offerings and the global payment landscape to drive business growth by ensuring client satisfaction and success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Centrobill's clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Proactively identify and assess client needs, including gateway features, payment methods, and geographical expansion opportunities.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate information.
- Regularly engage with clients through meetings, calls, emails, and other communication channels to foster a strong partnership and gather feedback.
- Сollaborate closely with the Sales team and Merchant support team to align client needs with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
- Monitor client accounts, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to the CSO and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients, including account setup, integration, and training.
- Educate clients on Centrobill's products and services, assisting them in maximizing the value they receive from the platform.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention, including personalized account management and proactive support.
- Build and lead a team of client relationship managers to support the growing client base and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Represent Centrobill at industry conferences and events worldwide, fostering relationships with key clients and staying abreast of global market trends.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of at least 8-10 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or a related field within the payment industry.
- In-depth understanding of internet payment gateways, e-commerce, online payments, riskmanagement, and high-risk businesses.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term, successful client relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs, assess market opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Merchant support, to achieve common goals.
- Self-motivated and proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative, drive projects, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed targets, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally to attend conferences and industry events as needed.
