Primary Functions:

The job will play a critical role in supporting the CEO by managing and executing a wide range of responsibilities. This position is essential for driving company-wide initiatives and translating the strategic agenda into actionable programs, projects, and processes.

Mission:

You will enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the executive team, particularly the CEO, by providing strategic support, managing key initiatives, and ensuring smooth internal communication and coordination. Your role will encompass advisory, administrative, and managerial duties aimed at aligning the organization’s strategic goals with operational execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CEO in managing daily tasks, prioritizing responsibilities, and making informed decisions
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all activities align with the CEO’s strategic vision.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and the executive team, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Draft and review communications, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO.
  • Identify operational challenges and work with the CEO and management team to develop effective solutions.
  • Support the CEO in making high-impact decisions by providing data-driven insights and analysis.
  • Manage crisis situations and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.

Requirements:
