Klyuchova mission:
Start-up and development of modern centralized production - from concept to finished products on the shelf.

Tasks:

• Full turnkey production start-up cycle - planning, start-up, product output control.

• Equipment: preparation of technical requirements, participation in selection, procurement and installation of production lines.

• Team: formation of structure, selection, training and adaptation of personnel.

• Technology: development and approval of technological maps, recipes, standards of raw materials and materials.

• Production: definition of assortment, control of test runs, scaling production.

• Logistics: organization of logistics of raw materials, materials and finished products.

• Efficiency: cost analysis, optimization of processes, minimization of raw material losses.

• Innovation: participation in the creation of new products, updating the assortment according to seasonality and demand.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has experience in managing or starting food production (meat, fish, bread, cooking).

• Understands technological processes and quality and safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, IFS).

• Confidently works with budgets, cost, rationing and production capacity planning.

• Participated in launching new lines or modernization of production.

• Has system thinking, leadership qualities and knows how to build effective teams.
