We are looking for a Head of Cash planning and Management, who can propose and implement updates in the treasury field, to join our team.

The right candidate prioritizes development and strategy, possesses a profound understanding of the cryptocurrency and electronic assets landscape, is proactive in proposing new ideas, and is committed to staying updated on electronic asset developments.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Strategic Asset Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize asset utilization and enhance cashflow management;
• Team Leadership: Lead the treasury team, transitioning focus from operations to strategic initiatives and development;
• Electronic Assets Expertise: Stay updated on electronic asset trends, proposing innovative ideas and ensuring the team remains informed;
• Innovation: Drive innovation by proposing and implementing new ideas, collaborating with cross-functional teams and other departments;
• Project Implementation: Oversee the implementation of asset management projects, devising solutions to challenges and capitalizing on opportunities;
• Strategic Vision: Adopt a strategic approach to asset optimization, focusing on long-term objectives and growth opportunities.

Essential professional experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field;
• Proven experience in asset management, treasury, or a related role;
• Strong knowledge in the field of electronic assets;
• Leadership experience with a focus on strategy development and team management;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment;
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and implement strategic initiatives.

Вашими основними обов’язками будуть:

• Розробка та впровадження стратегій для оптимізації використання активів та покращення управління грошовими потоками;
• Керувати командою казначейства, зміщуючи фокус з операційної діяльності на стратегічні ініціативи та розвиток;
• Бути в курсі тенденцій розвитку електронних активів, пропонуючи інноваційні ідеї та забезпечуючи інформування команди;
• Сприяти інноваціям, пропонуючи та впроваджуючи нові ідеї, співпрацюючи з міжфункціональними командами та іншими департаментами;
• Нагляд за реалізацією проектів з управління активами, розробка рішень для вирішення проблем та використання можливостей;
• Застосовувати стратегічний підхід до оптимізації активів, зосереджуючись на довгострокових цілях та можливостях зростання.

Необхідний професійний досвід:

• Ступінь бакалавра або магістра в галузі фінансів, економіки або суміжних галузях;
• Підтверджений досвід роботи в управлінні активами, казначействі або на суміжних посадах;
• Глибокі знання в галузі електронних активів;
• Досвід керівної роботи з акцентом на розробку стратегії та управління командою;
• Відмінні навички комунікації та співпраці.
