Your main tasks will be:

• general management of the capital construction group in terms of effective use of capital investments during capital construction, capital and ongoing repairs at production and non-production facilities;
• responsibility for timely and high-quality performance of measures for obtaining the right to perform construction works, availability of design and estimate documentation, performance of project expertise, documentation of acceptance into operation of completed construction objects;
• organize the work of the work performance group for the preparation of permit documentation, collection of initial data and ordering the development of project and estimate documentation, drawing up defect reports, providing PCD for construction and repair objects, organizing work on technical supervision, drawing up requirements for materials and equipment for their transfer to procurement, determining the contractor;
• to monitor the progress and quality of construction and installation works, putting construction objects into operation within the established terms;
• to control: implementation of the capital construction and capital repair investment program, current repairs, plan of design and research works, construction schedules, cost calculations, quality of calculation of estimates based on defective acts for current repairs, quality of design and estimate documentation, performance of project examinations, state of the centerautomated and independent acquisition of materials and equipment, the availability of the right to perform construction works, the state of construction financing.

We expect from you:

• a full higher education in the relevant field (master's, specialist );
• work experience in the field of construction for at least 3 years; 
• knowledge of regulatory documents and other governing documents regarding the activity of the construction complex, construction production technology, functions of the Customer in construction; 
• skills for working with Microsoft Office software products: Word, Excel; AVK-5, AUTOCAD; 
• literate Ukrainian business language;
• ordered documents, namely the existing military registration document in accordance with current legislation, passport (unexpired) and others.
