Currently, in connection with the expansion of our activities, we are looking for a candidate for the position of "Head of the capital construction department" in the city of Obukhiv.

Responsibilities:

- Planning, coordination and control of capital construction projects;

- Development of technical tasks and budgets for construction;

- Conducting negotiations with contractors and suppliers;

- Ensuring the implementation of projects in accordance to schedules and quality standards.

Requirements:

- Higher technical education in the field of construction;

- Experience in a similar position from 3 years;

- In-depth knowledge of construction technologies and regulatory framework;

- Ability to manage a team and work in conditions of a large volume of work.
