Call center manager in Union Group

What our Manager is responsible for Call center:

• Management of the Internet - stores zolotakraina.ua / sribnakraina.ua
• Integration with existing e-commerce tools and development of new tools;
• Implementation of sales plan and profitability indicators;
• Resolving technical issues and interaction with other services/departments
• Creation of the work schedule of the department Selection/training and adaptation of new employees
• Control of the implementation of the SCO

What we expect from you:

• work experience in a similar position from 2 years;
• experience in construction / management of a shopping center, sales department;
• experience of working in a shopping center in the service of online stores;
• understanding of the specifics of call- center, which employees need to be recruited;
• ability to work in multitasking conditions;
• ability to work with IP telephony, Webitel;
• experience with CRM systems. Experience with Terrasoft CRM will be an advantage;
• leadership qualities and the ability to manage a department (15-20 managers);
• competent oral and written speech (Ukrainian / Russian);
• understanding of telephone conversation processes and their requirements.
