• Risk management: Identifying potential risks and developing plans to prevent or minimize them;

• Communication: Ensuring effective communication between team members, management and customers; negotiating and agreeing issues;

• Control and reporting: Monitoring project progress, quality control and meeting deadlines, as well as preparing reports for management and customers;

• experience in project management in the implementation of complex, large-scale and cross-functional projects with an IT component - from 3 years
• Project planning and management: project planning and scheduling: creation of road maps, timelines and detailed project plans.

• Project management methodologies: understanding and application of frameworks, Waterfall or PRINCE2, understanding of Agile, Scrum;

• Scope management: defining and controlling what is included and excluded from of the project;

• Quality management: ensuring compliance of project results with defined quality standards;

• Budgeting and cost control: project cost management and compliance with the project budget;

• Risk management:identification, assessment and mitigation of project risks. Technical and software skills;

• Proficiency with project management software: knowledge of tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana or Trello;

• Data analysis: analysis of project data to track progress and make informed decisions;

• Reporting and documentation: create reports on projects, process documentation and project record management;

• Resource allocation: Effective assignment of people, equipment and other resources;

• Business and subject area knowledge: Understanding of basic banking business processes.

• Leadership: ability to inspire and motivate a team;

• Decision making problems: the ability to analyze the situation, identify problems and quickly find solutions;

• Emotional intelligence: understanding and managing one's emotions and the emotions of other people;
