We are looking for a seasoned Head of Business Performance to work with our existing brands and projects, build new strategic directions, and provide long-term development opportunities for our talented team members.
Job Description:
Zones of Key Responsibilities:
- Business Performance Management: setting strategic goals, OKRs, and tracking performance to achieve results, taking investment decisions
- Data&BI: creating BI instruments & ensuring Data availability for data-driven decision-making
- Product Analytics: monitoring and evaluating product metrics for continuous improvement and optimization of the products
- Management of b2b Relations: ensuring effective partnerships and business development (iGaming Content & Tech Providers)
Personal Challenges:
- Managing the Team of 7 outstanding professionals
- Balancing internal priorities of the company to achieve strategic growth
- Setting priorities and efficiently allocating resources between the operational teams
- Close work with C-level executives, to provide management insights about day-to-day operations, needs, focus and lack of resources
- Tons of decisions every day: starting from Marketing Investments to Strategic Partnerships
- Leading multiple internal projects aimed at increasing Business Performance
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in iGaming
- 5+ years of experience in Management & Business Operations
- Higher education in STEM, Finance, Economics
- Deep understanding and utilization of various analytical approaches: Cohort Analysis, Factor Analysis, Scenario Planning, Marketing Analytics (ROI, Funnel, etc.), and others
- Experienced in managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Excellent analytical thinking and the ability to find innovative data-driven solutions to complex problems
- Outstanding communication skills
- CFA, ACCA, CIMA etc. - would be a significant plus
