Your future tasks: Management of product development managers. Selection of a team, training and adaptation of new managers. Control of the implementation of the vendor plan. Analysis of the market and directions for development. Participation in meetings with key customers / partners. Reporting on the work of the department. What is needed to to become part of our team: 3 years of experience as a sales manager in an IT integrator/IT distributor. Experience in managing large projects in the sale of software solutions for business. Understanding of trends in the software market. Ability to negotiate with decision makers.
