Your main tasks will be:

• management of the support team, namely the distribution tasks, monitoring performance, developing skills and creating a motivating environment;
• developing strategies to support business applications that meet the needs of the company and contribute to the achievement of business goals;
• ensuring effective communication with customers and users regarding their needs to use business applications, as well as responding to their requests and requirements;
• interaction with other departments both in the IT department and in the company, software vendors and external service providers to ensure effective support;
• analysis and improvement of business application support processes;
• ensuring the security of data information systems;
• management of the budget of the support department, taking into account the costs of software maintenance and other resource needs;
• implementation of new technologies and work methods to improve the efficiency of business application support and meet the growing needs of the company;
• preparation of reports on the work of the department, as well as documentation of support processes for further use and training of personnel.

We expect from you:

• deep technical knowledge in the field of IT, in particular regarding business applications, their architecture, functionality and integration with other systems;
• ability to analyze data on the use of business applications, identify problems and develop strategies;
• higher education by profile and 5 years of experience as an IT manager in the field of support and maintenance of business applications and services ;
• ordered documents, namely the existing military registration document in accordance with current legislation, a passport (unexpired) and others.
