Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading a BA team or division business analysis.
- Strong background in business analysis and process management.
- Practical experience in BABOK application.
- Proficient in BPMN 2.0.
- Understanding of ISA?95 standards.
- Result orientation and pragmatic approach.
- Developed communication skills; experience interacting with C?level.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in implementing ERP or accounting systems.
- Professional certifications with business analysis or ERP solutions.
- Experience in complex or regulated domains (banking, large enterprises, transformations).
