Head of the Brand Marketing Department in American University Kyiv (AUK)

American University Kyiv (AUK) is the first university in Ukraine created according to American educational standards. Thanks to the partnership with Arizona State University (ASU), a leader in innovation in the USA, we provide students with access to global educational resources and the opportunity to obtain a double degree (Ukrainian and American).

We are looking for a leader who will lead the direction of brand marketing, strengthen AUK's position in the market and help us attract the best students.

Your key tasks:

Brand strategy: development and implementation of an annual marketing and communication strategy.

Market analytics: conducting research on competitors and the target audience (students, parents, partners) to form insights.

Management of content and events: quality control of visual and text communication, organization of image and lead generation activities.

Product development: participation in the launch of new educational programs and English language courses.

Investment efficiency: optimization of the advertising and promotion (A&P) budget, ROI control of marketing campaigns.

Regional expansion: development of strategies for entering new regional markets and support of launches.

Our expectations from candidate:

• Experience: from 5 years in brand marketing in a leadership position (experience in the field of education or a large corporate sector will be an advantage).

• Education: higher (marketing, business, communications).

• English: level C1+ (for internal communication and with partners).

• Skills: deep understanding of market research, experience in launching new products and managing large projects, ability to build and manage a team.

• Mindset: analytical approach, strategic vision and leadership qualities.
