To ensure the success and seamless integration of these programs, we're seeking an experienced Head of Banking Programs to lead the initiatives.Role Overview:The Head of Banking Programs will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Benjamin's new banking offerings, including compliance, marketing, operations, customer support, fraud prevention, and collaboration with our sponsor banks. This role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in fintech and neo-banking sectors, capable of navigating regulatory landscapes and scaling innovative banking solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the launch and management of our checking and debit card program and secure credit card program, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and compliance standards.- Develop and implement policies and procedures across compliance, operations, and customer support to enhance program efficiency and customer satisfaction.- Lead fraud prevention strategies, ensuring the security and integrity of our banking services.- Foster strong relationships with sponsor banks, partners, and regulatory bodies, managing negotiations and compliance matters.- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on program objectives, timelines, and KPIs.- Drive continuous improvement of banking programs based on customer feedback, market trends, and regulatory changes.Qualifications:- 8+ years of experience in the fintech industry, with at least 5 years in leadership roles related to banking services or products.- Extensive knowledge of banking regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.- Proven track record of launching and scaling banking programs or products in a fintech or neo-banking environment.- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholder relationships.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in finance, legal, or compliance are a plus.
