The duties include:

• Organization and control of production processes
• Product quality control at the showcase and in the shop
• Full cycle of work with goods (ordering, receiving, writing off)
• Control and implementation of production standards and technologies
• Ensuring compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards
• Control of turnover, income and profitability of production
• Organization and planning of employees' work

Our ideal candidate:

• Has a higher professional education
• Has work experience in a similar position from 1 year in a supermarket chain or catering sector
• Knows technological production processes
• Has experience in leading a team and knows how to organize team work
