Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain business process documentation, including workflows, procedures, and standard operating protocols.
• Work closely with IT and development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
• Oversee and manage back office operations (financial operations), including business analysis, process improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Monitor and track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines.
• Provide support and assistance to internal stakeholders regarding back office systems, processes, and procedures.

Required skills and qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant and progressive BA professional experience
• At least 1 year of commercial experience working with databases and SQL
• English Upper-Intermediate level or higher, both verbal and written
• Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders
• Experience in documenting requirements
• Ability to represent a workflow or process with the diagram
• Great analytics skills
• Skilled in critical thinking and problem-solving
• Good communication and presentation skills, ability to work as a team player
