What to do:

  • Conducting Customer Development interviews: preparation of guides, in-depth interviews, analysis of insights and formation hypothesis.

  • Creation and regular updating of Customer Journey Map (CJM) for various customer segments.

  • Implementation and development of customer experience research methodologies: definition of processes, selection of tools, training of related teams.

  • Measurement and analysis of key customer metrics: NPS, CSAT, CES; preparation of reports and recommendations to improve the customer journey.

  • Systematization of data, preparation of presentations and recommendations for product and business teams.

  • Close interaction with internal stakeholders (product, marketing, sales, C-level) to integrate insights into strategy and operational processes.


For this will need:

  • Experience in the field of customer/user research, CX, UX Research, marketingof research from 3[ years.

  • Practical skills of conducting CustDev, in-depth interviews, questionnaires, quantitative and qualitative data analysis.

  • Ability to build a Customer Journey Map.

  • Knowledge of customer experience measurement techniques

  • Proficiency in tools: Miro, Figma, Dovetail, MS Office will be an advantage.

  • Experience with CRM systems and analytical platforms would be an advantage.

  • Strong communication skills: ability to conduct interviews and present results simply and convincingly.

  • Analytical thinking: the ability to structure data and find valuable insights.

  • Empathy and customer focus - deep understanding of motivations and needs.

  • Proactiveness in proposing hypotheses and solutions.

  • Facilitation skills and involvement of stakeholders in the research process.
