The key task of the manager in this position:

Ensure smooth, high-quality and predictable installation of furniture, in accordance with EK STUDIO standards.

• Planning and organization of installations (crew, date, schedule)

• Quality control of works, compliance with technologies and standardssecurity

• Reception of objects, photo/video reports, checklists, acts

• Management of assembly crews: selection, training, labor discipline,training

• Prompt resolution of complaints and difficult situations

• Communication with sales managers, and prompt informing of managers about the status of montages

• Preparation of structured weekly and monthly reports:

  • installation status

  • complaints

  • risks of objects

Our ideal candidate:

• Has experience in managing assembly crews / construction or furniture works

• Well understands the technology of cabinet furniture installation, can teach and quickly explain to installers all necessary additional information about drawings and technologies

• Strong in planning, control and communication

• Able to be a demanding but fair manager

• Oriented to results, quality and order
