We are looking for an experienced mobile game artist with leadership management experience to join and lead our creative team.Requirements:Experience in a lead or similar role in hypercasual and hybrid casual game development 3+ years of professional experience as a mobile game artist Knowledge of game development including : art creation processes (both 2D and 3D), technological requirements and achievements, trade-offs and development challenges Fluency in Unity, Blender, Photoshop and Figma Organizational experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, meeting deadlines and expectations Experience solving problems ( both independently and in groups), the ability to assess challenges and propose solutionsExperience in creating projects in a hypercasual styleUnderstanding the main trends and features of creating hypercasual projectsExperience in managing teamsResponsibilities: Management of artistsLook for and implement ways to optimize and speed up the work of artists, and improve the quality of artMentoring , coaching and development plans for team employees Creation, improvement and optimization of general processes in the art direction Setting strategic goals for the art department, setting and monitoring employee goals Hiring, onboarding, off-boarding and performance management for team employees Helping with projects involving team employees Collaborating with others heads of the company, producers, to work out the company's processes and create the necessary technical solutions.
