Head of areas related to the support of banking operations (Operations Director) in Bank Pivdenniy

A large systemic commercial bank invites experienced candidates to cooperate for the position of Head of areas related to the support of banking operations (Operations Director).

Main functional duties:

• Strategic planning: determining the goals and directions of development of subordinate units in accordance with the Bank's strategic goals.
• Effective allocation of tasks and use of resources to fulfill set goals. Implementation of monitoring tools and flexible management of resources/costs. Change management: adaptation of subordinate areas of activity to external and internal changes, introduction of innovations and optimization of existing processes. Development of key performance indicators for subordinate areas of activity (KPIs, SLA) and implementation of mechanisms for their achievement. 
• Organization and coordination of the interaction of subordinate units and employees with other structural units of the Bank, to fulfill the assigned tasks. Development and implementation of measures to optimize interaction.
• Ensuring conditions for the development of subordinate employees and the use of effective methods of personnel motivation.
• Implementation and development of ideas and principles of the process approach in management in subordinate units.

A list of directions in which support is provided:

-interbank, documentary and treasury operations, banknote operations in national and foreign currencies and bank metals;

-processes of maintaining the bank's counterparty database, opening and closing accounts of Clients who are legal entities;

-implementation of processes of support and maintenance of JU/FOP contracts;

-support of transactions of individuals, transactions with payment cards, carrying out calculations and accounting of transactions with the Bank's financial partners;

-implementation and support activities related to the maintenance of ZKP Bank, as well as contracts with the Pension Fund of Ukraine and social bodies;

-support of customer service processes in the direction of trade and internet acquiring

Professional requirements (special skills, abilities and knowledge):

• Experience of working as a manager in the direction of operations support from 3 years
• Knowledge of Ukrainian laws, regulations, orders, orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the National Bank of Ukraine, other normative acts of Ukraine, which regulate the functional direction of activity; knowledge and application of modern management methods. 
• Proficiency in the state language; 
• Experienced user of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Able to comprehensively process and structure information with the formulation of rational conclusions; present information in tabular, text, text-graphic, graphic form, as well as in the form of a report; establish partnerships and manage conflicts. 
• Know modern achievements in the field of formalization and optimization of business processes, process management. 
• Motivational management.
