Your daily tasks will be:
- Organization of archival matters in the Bank, archiving of documents, organization of export of archival documents to an outsourcing company for further processing storage.
- Organization of removal and destruction of documents whose storage period has expired.
- Providing methodical and practical assistance in matters of examination of the value of documents, verification of descriptions for relevant categories of documents.
- Search for documents and processing applications for removal of documents by court and other inspection authorities.
- Implementation and support of the electronic archive project.
- Coordination and support of the work of the unit mail-office.
- Coordination of work and control over the quality provision of courier and postal services to the Bank.
- Work with incoming and outgoing correspondence of the Bank, including but not limited to: requests from the National Bank of Ukraine, requests from law enforcement agencies, court requests, requests from local self-government bodies, etc.
- Organization of subscriptions to periodicals.
- Organization and coordination of cooperation with service providers Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, others
- Implementation of an electronic solution for the following processes:
• registration of incoming/outgoing correspondence; correspondence;
• sending reminders to the responsible executors before the deadline for providing a response;
• organization of the archive of incoming and outgoing correspondence;
• generation of reports (in particular regarding the violation of deadlines).
- Implementation and implementation of other projects in these directions aimed at automating and simplifying processes.
- Preparation of internal bank documentation necessary for decision-making: presentations, statistical data, graphing by indicators
